Treatment Highlights: -Guided breathwork: Chronic pain often triggers stress and tension in the body that can show up as both physical and emotional pain . We integrate breathwork techniques to calm the nervous system, creating a restorative experience. Muscle scraping, Stretch Therapy, Cupping Therapy, with more detailed treatment. Whose Is This Service For?: -Those who suffer from persistent discomfort due to repetitive strain or physical or emotional trauma. -Experience postural imbalances from sedentary or physically demanding jobs -Those who struggle with pain that limits their daily activities or quality of life. *35 min of full body stretch with mobility focus and 90min Full Body Massage*
