Sauna Lymphatic Detox- Miami Gardens
Service Description
This is a 60 min infrared sauna blanket service. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring additional clothes as this service will cause you to sweat. If you are experiencing swollen limbs or need an overall detox than this services is perfect. Please do not drink caffeine prior to your appointment and hydrate before and after to maximize your results. *AVOID LONG EXPOSURE IN THE SUN and vigorous activity for 2 hours minimum to avoid injury.*
